These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://snnzz.shop and any purchases made from Supreme Doll.
Supreme Doll is an online store operated by Gozzi Jef (“Supreme Doll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to place an order, or you must use the Site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the Site where doing so would violate applicable law.

3. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, and other information accurately.
However:
• Screen settings may cause colors to appear differently;
• Handmade or soft products may have minor variations in shape, stitching, texture, or measurement;
• Packaging may change;
• Photographs may show props not included with the product; and
• Product information may contain occasional typographical or technical errors.
Please review the full product page before purchasing.
We may correct errors, update information, modify products, or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. PRODUCT SAFETY AND USE
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following product labels, age recommendations, care instructions, warnings, and safety information.
Some plush toys, charms, accessories, or decorative items may contain small components, loops, clips, or detachable parts and may not be suitable for very young children.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, our products are sold as collectible, decorative, gift, or general consumer items and are not intended as safety equipment, medical devices, or infant sleep products.
Adult supervision may be appropriate depending on the product and user.
5. AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An item may become unavailable after an order is submitted because of inventory errors, damage, supplier issues, duplicate sales, or other circumstances.
If we cannot fulfill an item, we may cancel it and refund the amount paid for that item.
6. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
After you submit an order, you may receive an automated confirmation. This confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• Product or pricing errors;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
• Inventory limitations;
• Shipping restrictions;
• Abusive purchasing activity;
• Violation of these Terms; or
• Inability to verify necessary information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
7. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
You are responsible for reviewing your order and delivery address before submitting payment.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where required by law.
8. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are shown during checkout before payment.
Prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order already accepted unless the displayed price was clearly erroneous.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total amount shown.
Payment may be declined or held for review by the payment provider or fraud-prevention systems.
9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotional codes:
• Must be entered before checkout is completed;
• May have expiration dates or product restrictions;
• May not be combined unless expressly stated;
• Have no cash value; and
• May be canceled if obtained or used fraudulently.
We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, supply interruptions, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the shipping arrangement used for the order.
11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Published policies do not limit non-waivable rights provided by applicable consumer law.
12. ACCOUNTS
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Restricting access to your device and account;
• Providing accurate account information; and
• Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its original content, including store branding, layout, text, graphics, logos, photographs owned by us, and compilation of content, are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission:

Third-party names, characters, logos, games, films, books, platforms, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization.
We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
14. COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK CONCERNS
If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact support@snnzz.shop and include:
• Your name and contact information;
• Identification of the protected work or mark;
• Identification and location of the material at issue;
• A description of your rights or authorization; and
• A statement that the information supplied is accurate.
We may remove or restrict content while reviewing a complaint.
15. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:
• You own it or have permission to submit it;
• It is accurate and not misleading;
• It does not infringe another person’s rights;
• It does not contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, fraudulent, or malicious material; and
• It does not contain malware or unauthorized advertising.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may moderate or remove user content, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.
16. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site:
• For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• To violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• To transmit malware or harmful code;
• To interfere with Site security or operation;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
• The Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• Every product will always be available;
• Every error will be corrected immediately; or
• Delivery estimates will always be met.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Doll and Gozzi Jef will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products, including loss of profit, data, opportunity, or goodwill.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a greater remedy is required by law.
This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal injuries.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supreme Doll, Gozzi Jef, and our service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs resulting from:
• Your unlawful use of the Site;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of another party’s rights; or
• Content you submit.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, government action, war, civil unrest, labor disruption, transportation interruption, carrier failure, power outage, cyberattack, or supplier interruption.
22. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for a material violation of these Terms or for conduct that threatens the Site, customers, or our legitimate interests.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
24. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any order-specific terms, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the Site and purchases.
26. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before filing a legal claim, you and Supreme Doll agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter by contacting support@snnzz.shop.
27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on the Site with the revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
